Client Voice Survey

As part of BDC’s continuing effort to provide the best possible service, clients are regularly contacted by email for a survey. The feedback helps us ensure we are providing products and services that help entrepreneurs have better business journeys.

How it works

Method

BDC's Client Experience team conducts short online surveys of clients. Invitations to these surveys are sent by email from the BDC Client Experience Team.

Questions

Questions measure different dimensions of client satisfaction; the overall experience at BDC as well as satisfaction with recent transactions or interactions. No confidential questions about an account or an individual are asked.

Recipients

Current BDC clients as well as entrepreneurs who have recently conducted a transaction with BDC are contacted. 

Confidentiality

Clients can opt to keep their answers confidential. Responses are not used for sales purposes.
